Popsicles with the Principal: August 7 from 3:00-4:00 pm
- Come to the back of the school to visit with families, have a cold treat and play on the playground.
Back to School Night: August 14 from 4:30-6:30 pm
- This date change is due to construction projects in our school. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Class lists will be posted at 4:15 on the windows at our front entry
- Doors will open at 4:30 to meet teachers, hear a short presentation by our principal, Cathy Baune and Holly Bean, Family Engagement Liaison, complete any outstanding enrollment tasks, drop off medication, pick up a Secrest t-shirt for each student and get a treat from PTA.
Community Assembly: August 16, from 7:55 a.m. - 8:20 a.m.
Families are welcome to attend our school year kick-off assembly, highlighting our Firebird 5: be responsible, respectful, ready and safe, and be your best. I encourage you to share our Firebird 5 School Chat with your student – we will sing it together at our assembly.
